All applications for the YFEL Program must complete an on-line application form. Please note that the form cannot be sent without all supporting documents attached.
Admission Criteria for Students at Khalifa University and other UAE Institutions
Age between 20 to 25 years
Proof of Grade Point Average of 3.50 or above on a scale of 4.00
An undergraduate degree (or pursuing one) / (Master degree) at an accredited academic institution
Statement reflecting personal and/or academic qualifications for YFEL
Statement reflecting interest in the renewable energy fields
Completion of the on-line application form with all necessary documents attached.
Admission Criteria for Students Outside the UAE
International students join YFEL though a nomination process sent to select universities. However, each year, several students may be welcomed to join YFEL through self-nomination. This self-nomination is highly competitive. Interested international students may contact YFEL for application details at yfel@ku.ac.ae
